Listing with The Ackerman Group

  • After carefully evaluating your property and agreeing to commit to listing with The Ackerman Group our marketing and implantation plan begins. The following actions are taken:

    • We will schedule the photography with our professional photographer. These photographs will include interior and exterior shots of your home, and depending on the location of your property, we will schedule dusk and/or aerial shots.

    • Photographs are used in brochures, television, online and print advertising, online musical video tour and/or slideshows.

  • Once photography is completed we will create a layout for brochures accenting the views and location, as well as highlighting the amenities and features of your home – this process takes typically two to three weeks after your listing period

  • Direct mailing is sent to other real estate professional and potential customers – this process takes one to two weeks from creation to printing

  • E-blast of your listing sent to selected professionals, surrounding neighborhoods and potential buyers of similar income levels

  • Color brochure or flyers are printed on glossy paper and bound in a “presentation style”

  • Feature property on the website

  • Market home on social media platforms including, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube

  • Prepare press releases on the property through Coldwell Banker Previews International website

  • Network with the community, active agents as well as with successful sales of comparable properties in the area

  • Frequent updates to you on physical showings, internet showings, showing feedback, competing market date including active, pending and sold listings in your community, and general local market data as it would apply to your listing

  • Periodic insertion in the following publications: Longboat Observer, Coldwell Banker company ads in the Sunday Sarasota Herald Tribune as well as the “banner” ad in the Sarasota Herald Tribune

  • Period inclusion in the following: Window displays in the Coldwell Banker real estate offices including local St. Armands Circle and downtown Sarasota offices as well as The Ackerman Group’s 24-7 looping video-cast presented on a large flat screen TV located downtown Sarasota on the corner of Palm Avenue and Main Street
